Support

Apartamento is a small invite-only app for short-term sublets. A person reads every message sent here — usually the same day, always within 24 hours for anything about safety or objectionable content.

General help: support@apartamento.app

Safety, abuse, or objectionable content: safety@apartamento.app

Include the name or handle of the person, and a screenshot if you have one. Reports are confidential — the other person is never told who reported them.

How do I get in? I don't have an invite.

Apartamento only opens through an invite link from someone already inside. Every member can hold three open links at a time, so ask a friend who's in. There's no waitlist and no public sign-up.

I can't sign in / I forgot my password.

Tap Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen, or open this page. We'll email you a link to set a new one. If the email doesn't arrive, check spam and then write to support@apartamento.app.

How do I report a listing, a post, or a person?

Open the listing, profile, or conversation and tap Report or block at the bottom. Pick a reason, add anything that helps, and optionally tick “Also block”. We remove content that breaks the rules and eject the member who posted it, within 24 hours.

How do I block someone?

Use the same Report or block control and tick “Also block”. They disappear from your feed, from “Who's looking”, and from your messages straight away, and neither of you can contact the other again. Blocking also alerts us to review the content.

How do I delete my account or my posts?

On the You tab you can remove any listing you posted, and delete your account entirely. Deleting removes your profile, listings, and messages. If you can't get into the app, email support@apartamento.app from the address on the account and we'll do it for you.

Does Apartamento handle money or contracts?

No. We introduce members to each other; the sublet, paperwork, and any payment happen directly between the two of you. Never send a deposit to someone you haven't met or verified.

Where are the rules and the privacy policy?

The Terms of Use spell out the zero-tolerance rules for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
